Wonderful experience
attentive staff breakfast preference canal location
The staff was attentive. They remembered my preferences each morning at breakfast. I especially liked the location near the canal.. it made exploring so easy.
The room service menu was somewhat limited in selection.

charming stay in a lovely location
superb location spacious shower helpful staff
The location was superb near the quay. our room included a spacious shower, it was great. the staff was very helpful too, especially in the lounge. We enjoyed a complimentary drink.

friendly staff convenient location nice drinks
The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. It was really convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us directions. i had a canal tour boat and brewery near the hotel, too. the complimentary drinks were a nice touch after a long day of walking.
i found the breakfast a bit overpriced, though the location made up for it.

The breakfast presentation was appealing and had lots of variety. Fresh items were always available! the restaurant offered canal-side views, though the prices are a little high.

the hotel's location was central to the main city! it made exploring easy. the hotel is within walking distance of the city square and farmers market, though the area gets crowded in the afternoon.

satisfactory stay overall
fantastic location canal side bar complimentary drinks damaged mattress ill-fitting sheet moldy smell
the location was fantastic. i found many chocolate shops and restaurants just steps away. the hotel also has a great restaurant and a canal side bar. the complimentary drinks were a nice touch.
the bed i slept in had a damaged mattress. the bottom sheets did not fit well. a dip in the middle of the bed made sleeping uncomfortable. the toilet also had a moldy smell.
